Consultancy for an Institutional Development Specialist

KBA and PACT are seeking to recruit an Individual Consultant with the critical minimum requirements listed below:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management, or a closely related field;
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the environmental compliance, monitoring and management;
- Familiar with the policies, legislation and procedures associated with environmental management in Belize;

The consultancy is expected to be for a period of ten (10) months commencing in October 2018.
KBA and PACT now invite individual consultants interested in undertaking the assignment to submit their Statements of Capability. In submitting their Statements of Capability, applicants should be aware that they will be assessed based on the following areas:
(a) Qualifications,
(b) Experience of the individual relative to the particular assignment, and
(c) Availability of Candidate for the proposed consultancy period.
Statements of Capability can be sent to procurementofficer@pactbelize.org or mail one (1) original and three (3) hard copies to the address below by 4:00 p.m. November 12th, 2018 to:

The sealed envelope containing the Expression of Interest must include the name and address of the applicant and should be clearly marked:

PACT shall not be bound to defray any costs incurred by applicants in preparing and submitting statements of capability.
