Consultancy for the development of a Procedural Manual for the National Environmental Appraisal Committee (NEAC)

KBA and PACT are seeking to recruit an Individual Consultant with the critical minimum requirements listed below:
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a closely related field;
• In depth understanding of the EIA process and the Environmental Laws of Belize;
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience in similar works.

The detailed terms of reference for the consultancy can be request from procurementofficer@pactbelize.org.

The consultancy is expected to be for a period of 45 days over a six (6) months period commencing in October 2018.

KBA and PACT now invite individual consultants interested in undertaking the assignment to submit their Statements of Capability. In submitting their Statements of Capability, applicants should be aware that they will be assessed based on the following areas:
(a) Qualifications,
(b) Experience of the individual relative to the particular assignment, and
(c) Availability of Candidate for the proposed consultancy period.

Expressions of Interest can be sent to procurementofficer@pactbelize.org or mail one (1) original and three (3) hard copies to the address below by 4:00 p.m. September 19th, 2018 to:

The sealed envelope containing the Expression of Interest must include the name and address of the applicant and should be clearly marked:

Statement of Capability: “Consultancy for the development of a Procedural Manual for the National Environmental Appraisal Committee (NEAC)”

PACT shall not be bound to defray any costs incurred by applicants in preparing and submitting statements of capability.
