Prohibited Practices Policy & Procedures
This policy is established to facilitate the development of controls that will aid in the detection and prevention of prohibited practiced related to PACT and its work. it is the intent of PACT to promote consistent organizational behavior by providing guidelines and assigning responsibility for the development of controls and conduct of investigations. This document should be read in conjunction with all other associated policies established by PACT, including but not limited to, those in the Accounting Manual, Employee Handbook, and Environmental & Social Management Framework.
