PACT’S grievance redress mechanism (GRM) seeks to reduce project risk that unintentionally adversely affects beneficiaries and serves as a critical feedback mechanism that can help to improve project impact. Once submitted to the Executing Entity, this grievance form will be copied to PACT and forwarded to the Executive Officer. You shall receive a receipt of grievance on the same day the grievance is received by the Executive Officer. This grievance will be addressed within twenty-five (25) days and you will be notified of a resolution within thirty (30) days. If applicable, a resolution will be published by PACT and the Executing Entity. Grievances not solved within thirty (30) days of receipt will be sent to the Ministry responsible for PACT.
