The role of the Human Resources and Administration Manager (HRAM) is to strategically manage and improve all human resources, administrative and operational functions of PACT. Specifically, this post will lead and manage the human resources planning process to support the achievement of PACT’s strategic goals and objectives. The incumbent is responsible for maximizing the productivity of PACT through effective management, monitoring, and development of all HR aspects.
